ACCOMMODATIONS - SINGLE: A supplemental fee is added to the inclusive tour price for guests traveling alone. In some locations, single rooms are smaller than double rooms. Availability of single rooms is limited and subject to confirmation at time of booking.


ACCOMMODATIONS - TRIPLE: Triple rooms may be requested. However, these rooms will usually be equipped with a double bed and a rollaway bed added. Rooms with three beds are not available in some hotels, however we will do our best to secure the best accommodations possible.


AIR CONDITIONING: Many hotels in the UK & Ireland do not offer air-conditioning in rooms.  Therefore, if this is a requirement, it should be clearly stated at the time of the original request, otherwise we cannot accept any liability in cases of complaints arising from lack of air-conditioning.


AIR TRAVEL: ATP Vacations LLC acts as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for your entire tour. If you wish for us to obtain a quote for airfare, we will do so by utilizing a travel agency or airfare consolidator. ATP Vacations LLC is not a direct seller of airfare. In the event of cancellation or alteration of your itineraries, ATP Vacations LLC will not assume responsibility for penalties imposed by airlines for subsequent airline changes. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase air tickets which allow for changes in planning, with a possible change fee, rather than a fully restrictive ticket. If you choose to purchase a non-refundable airline ticket, neither ATP Vacations LLC nor the agency or consolidator can be held responsible for any penalties that may be associated with such tickets. ATP Vacations LLC is not responsible for ensuring mileage credits are accrued. Airline prices are subject to change and not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Airfare is not included in your tour package price. All issues and matters concerning airfare and air travel must be addressed with the third party supplier, Nonstop Travel.


BAGGAGE: We urge our clients to adhere to standard airline policies in respect of baggage allowances per person. ATP Vacations LLC is not responsible for excess baggage charges that may apply with some airlines in respect of additional bags and specialist equipment, such as golf clubs and skis. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear and other force majeure causes are not reimbursable.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are very costly. If cancellation in writing is received by ATP Vacations LLC more than 150 days prior to departure, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained. For cancellations received within 150 days of departure, refunds may be issued for products and/or services that have not yet been purchased on your behalf by ATP Vacations LLC.


CAR RENTALS: Any itinerary which includes car rental may be subject to dues payable upon arrival at car rental pick-up location, such as one-way fees, insurances, deductibles, road license fees, local toll or highway fees, travel stickers or gasoline. The Client should be prepared for the car rental company to place a hold of funds on the Client’s credit card when renting a car.


CHILDREN: An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. Please advise our staff upon booking if you plan to travel with children so that the appropriate accommodations may be made.


CONSUMER PROTECTION: ATP Vacations LLC cares about your financial interests. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of ATP Vacations LLC, and, as a result, you are unable to utilize your tour, all payments and deposits will be fully refunded.


CURRENCY: All prices discussed and quoted are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise specified.


DEPOSIT: A $1,000.00 per person deposit is required to secure a reservation for your tour. The deposit must be received by the date specified within your contract. Reservations will not be considered firm until a deposit is received.

  • PAYMENT: The following forms of payment will be accepted for deposit and full payment of tours:  Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, (Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or personal check if your tour is more than 90 days prior to departure date) made payable to ATP Vacations LLC. No third party credit cards will be accepted as forms of payment. Please note that credit card payments will reflect on your statement as “Nonstop Travel”.


DOCUMENTATION: Documents include vouchers for prepaid services, detailed itinerary and will be mailed at least 14 days prior to tour departure, or may be personally handed to client if client is local. Please note that late final payments will delay the receipt of documents.


EFFECTIVE DATES: Terms & Conditions stated herein are valid from 12:01 a.m. January 1, 2013 to 11:59 p.m. December 31, 2016.


EXTRA COST PROVISION: As on any trip, inclement weather and other conditions beyond our control may prevent or delay the departure of a scheduled airplane, ship, train or other transportation. If, as a result, you must book an additional hotel night, all added costs are solely your responsibility, not ours or any of our vendors and supplier's.


FINAL PAYMENT: Final Payment for all itineraries must be received by ATP Vacations LLC at least 90 days prior to departure from client’s home city, or in full at the time reservations are confirmed if less than 90 days prior to departure. If this payment is not received in time, your vacation may not be booked.

  • BILLING ERRORS: In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 90 days prior to departure.

HEALTH & DISABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Guests must notify us in writing at the time of booking of any physical or mental illness, disability or other conditions for which special accommodations or the use of a wheelchair is necessary or contemplated. Also we must be notified of any medical treatment that may render the guest unfit for travel or constitute a risk or danger to any fellow traveler. Guests needing any form of assistance and those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by someone who will take full responsibility for any assistance needed during the tour and in the event of an emergency. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of others. Individuals requiring a wheelchair must provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Please be aware that some hotels and areas may have certain physical conditions or structures that may limit the accessibility of wheelchair guests to some areas. Many hotels, venues, and other areas in the U.K. and Ireland are historical and therefore may not have wheelchair access. Please note that the ADA (American Disabilities Act) does not apply within the United Kingdom or Ireland.


HOLIDAYS: During local or national holidays certain facilities such as museums, restaurants and shopping may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. Across the Pond Vacations LLC is not responsible for advising its clients of any closures of facilities due to local or national holidays, or festivals and events.


HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: In most cases, hotels are not booked and paid for until final payment has been received. ATP Vacations LLC will do everything in its power to book guests into the hotel of their choice, however, the Operator (ATP Vacations LLC) cannot guarantee specific hotels until after the final payment is received and the hotel booking is attempted. If a specific hotel is unavailable, a hotel  of equal value within the same area will be booked in its place. Be advised that in rare cases, some charges may be due by the Client upon check-in at a hotel, such as resort charges and other automatic hotel property charges. Incidental charges such as extra bed, mini-bar, room service, in-room movies, internet access, telephone, etc. are the sole financial responsibility of the Client and not by ATP Vacations LLC. Client’s credit card will be required as a deposit upon check-in at most hotels as a guarantee for such incidental charges.


INSURANCE: ATP Vacations LLC is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents or illness while on tour. Benefits under Medicare or similar coverage may not apply while traveling abroad. We therefore recommend that you check coverage with your insurance provider before traveling. For your protection it is important that you have, or purchase, adequate travel insurance to cover these possibilities. ATP Vacations LLC offers travel insurance through TravelGuard, TravelEx, and Access America—all of whom are third party suppliers. Travel insurance should be purchased within 14 days of placing your deposit with Across the Pond Vacations so that pre-existing conditions are covered. Travel insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Coverage starts the day after the travel insurance policy has been paid in full and is valid until the final date of your tour. It is valid only for original tour departure reserved. Please ask for complete details on insurance price and coverage.


INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE:  Some rental car providers require International Drivers’ Licenses. For your own safety, we recommend obtaining an International Drivers License and comprehensive car rental insurance.


LATE BOOKINGS: We welcome late bookings (made 90 days or less before departure), however they do require special services. Full payment is required for late bookings before reservations can be confirmed. An additional charge will be made for express mailing of documents.


PASSPORTS / VISAS: A valid passport is required of all tour participants. It must remain valid at least six months after your date of return. For help on obtaining the necessary forms for passport application, please visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html, or call the National Passport Information Center (NPIC) phone number: 1-877-487-2778. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. While the United Kingdom does not require U.S. citizens to have a visa to enter the country, it is suggested that all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, check with the appropriate consulates of the countries being visited to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant, and not that of ATP Vacations LLC.


PRICES INCLUDE: As stated in each guests’ individual itinerary, transportation, accommodations, sightseeing venues, taxes & fees are included in the tour price where specified. Please also note that all pricing is based on double occupancy. Guests traveling alone will be subject to a supplemental fee. Please see ACCOMMODATION—SINGLE for further information.


PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Tour prices do not include insurance of any kinds, laundry, phone calls, alcoholic beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, gratuities to drivers or guides (if applicable), items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions, etc. Only items specifically stated as included in the contract between the Client and the Operator are included. Transportation between your home and your local airport are at your expense.


REFUNDS: No refunds will be made on any pre-booked itinerary item when voluntarily canceled or omitted by the guest, or for missed package features due to airline or other third-party-transportation providers' delays or for other acts beyond our control. If, after returning from the tour, you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that ATP Vacations LLC receives all correspondence relating to those services within 30 days after the tour completion date. This will enable us to make a timely investigation. For Travel Insurance issues, the Terms & Conditions with the travel insurance supplier apply. Should you choose to abandon the itinerary at your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government of any country visited, no refund will be issued.


RESPONSIBILITY: ATP Vacations LLC, a.k.a. Across the Pond Vacations, in Torrance, California (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services indicated, which may include land transportation, sightseeing, theatrical, performances, some meal and hotel accommodations. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with, the Operator or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the Operator are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Operator, the expense will be payable by tour participants; any resulting savings will be refunded by the Operator to tour participants. The Operator can assume no responsibility for lost tickets, vouchers, receipts or coupons. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any liability in case of any complaints arising from services or products supplied by its vendors or suppliers. The Operator reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a client, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the Operator deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the guests, or to cancel a tour at any time for the safety of the guests.  The tour participant agrees that neither the Operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. In the event of a natural disaster, terrorism, war, Act of God or any other event beyond the control of ATP Vacations LLC, the Operator will not be held responsible for any damage or losses incurred as a result. No person, other than an authorized representative of the Operator by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this document, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.


REVISION FEE: A handling fee of $75 per transaction will be charged for any alterations or revisions. (Note: Spelling corrections to clients’ names after air tickets have been issued are costly and subject to airline revision fees.) Please note that names on all travel documentation must precisely match that on the traveler’s passport. Courier delivery costs will also apply if any changes are necessary within five weeks prior to tour departure. A change of tour date or itinerary within 75 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking with the regular cancellation fees being applicable.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: ATP Vacations LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, specified or unspecified.


TIPPING: Tipping is a very personal matter, related to your impressions of how well you were served. Such expressions of appreciation should be offered when deemed appropriate. For more information on tipping in the U.K., please ask us for a “Tipping Guide”.


TRAVEL INSURANCE: ATP Vacations LLC offers travel insurance TravelGuard, TravelEx, and Access America, all of which are third party suppliers. This should be purchased with 14 days of paying the deposit, and is non-refundable and non-transferable.  (Travel insurance may be purchased after the 20 day period following your deposit, but pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered.) Travel insurance plans provide insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provide you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions, depending upon your coverage(s). You may wish to compare the terms of travel insurance with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. All technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any of the insurance offered by ATP Vacations LLC must be directed to the travel insurance company, not ATP Vacations LLC. ATP Vacations LLC is not able to evaluate the adequacy of a prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. Payment must be made by credit card. This coverage starts as specified in the policy and covers through the duration of your tour. It is valid only for original tour departure reserved. Please ask for complete details on insurance price and coverage.
